Every alert worked. Every verdict shown.
Irate investigates each in-scope detection the moment it lands, across the tools you already run, and closes it with a verdict, a confidence label and the evidence behind it.
Not sampled. Not suppressed.
Most SOCs drown because there are more alerts than analysts. Irate gives each detection the investigation a senior analyst would, then hands your team a decision with the evidence behind it.
Investigation starts on its own.
A watcher polls your detections every few minutes. Anything inside your triage policy (set by product, detection class and minimum severity) launches an investigation with no human needed to start it.
Each detection is claimed before it is worked, so nothing is triaged twice and nothing is silently dropped.
- Severity floors and scope set per client
- Duplicate-safe: one investigation per detection
- Emergency override for incident surges
Verdicts with a contract.
Every investigation must end in an explicit verdict (benign, false positive, true positive, suspicious or inconclusive) and an explicit confidence (confirmed, likely, hypothesis or insufficient).
If the agent can’t back a claim with tool evidence, it says “insufficient” instead of guessing. A report without both labels is held for human review.
- Five verdicts, four confidence levels, no free-text fudging
- Evidence cited per finding
- Coverage gaps stated openly

One queue your team can trust.
Benign and false-positive verdicts close themselves with the evidence attached. Everything else lands in the queue as awaiting approval, with the reasoning a reviewer needs to act in minutes.
Known-noisy detection classes sit behind a noise filter. They are still counted and never deleted.
- Filters by status, severity, source and client
- Approval window with automatic expiry and audit
- Case updates by email, SMS, Telegram or WhatsApp
What security leaders ask first.
If yours isn’t here, an engineer will answer it directly.
Ask us insteadWhich alerts does Irate triage?
The ones your triage policy puts in scope: you choose products, detection classes and minimum severity per environment. Alerts without a severity are never auto-triaged.
Does the agent take action on its own?
No. Investigation is autonomous; response is not. The agent works with investigation tools and recommends actions. Changes to your environment wait for a human. See Approval Gates.
What happens when the agent isn’t sure?
It says so. “Inconclusive” and “insufficient” are first-class answers, and anything that is not clearly benign goes to a human.
